Process

Seven steps, and you can watch every one.

Open any step to see what you get, what it costs you in time, and what you have to decide.

Consultation

What you get

  • A fabric and GSM recommendation matched to what you are making and who will wear it
  • A fit and construction spec — how the garment should sit, and how we will build it
  • The right print technique for your artwork, including when the cheaper one is the right one
  • Itemised costing, so you can see what each part of the garment costs before you commit
  • A production date in writing, given before we start rather than revised while you wait

What to bring

A reference photo beats an adjective. "Premium" means nothing on its own; a picture of a garment you like tells us the weight, the fit and the finish in one go. Bring your budget too — hiding it produces a worse quote, not a better one.

What you do not need to know

GSM, construction, print technique, thread counts. That is our job. Plenty of brands arrive with a sketch on their phone and nothing else, and that is a normal place to start from.

Blanks

What you get

  • Pre-shrunk fabric, so a hot wash does not return a shorter garment to your customer
  • Multiple GSMs per garment type, from lighter summer weights up to heavier winter cloth
  • Stock colours ready to print, with custom dyeing where a colour has to match exactly
  • Bases chosen to take a print cleanly — the fabric decides how sharp the artwork lands

The essentials

Garment types
T-shirts, oversized tees, polos, hoodies, tote bags
Stock colours

Design

What you get

  • Your artwork rebuilt as print-ready files, at the resolution and format the press actually needs
  • Placement and sizing guidance — where the print sits on each size, so a small and a 2XL both look right
  • Colour separation and correction, so edges stay sharp instead of going muddy
  • A mockup to approve. Nothing moves to production until you have looked at it and said yes

The essentials

You provide
A sketch, a reference, or artwork in any format
You approve
A mockup, before anything is printed

Every production order

Manufacturing

What you get

  • In-house cutting and stitching, which is the only reason the quoted dates hold — there is no third party whose queue we sit in
  • Quality checked at three stages rather than once at the end, because catching a fault at stage one costs a piece and catching it at dispatch costs the run
  • Every order tracked stage by stage in Saarvik, so "where is my order" has a real answer
  • Consistent construction across the run, not just on the sample

The essentials

Capacity
6,000 garments a month
On the floor
9 stitching · 4 quality control · 2 ironing and packing · 2 printing
Line master

Print master
Raj Vishwakarma — 20+ years of garment printing
Production time
7–12 working days from sample approval

Screen printing

Bold, consistent and unbeatable at volume, because the cost per piece falls as the run grows. Each colour needs its own screen, which is what makes it uneconomical on very short runs. Specialty variants: HD for sharp fine detail, puff for raised 3D texture, and neon or UV for colours that carry under light.

DTF

Direct-to-film handles full-colour artwork and gradients without a separate screen per colour, which usually makes it the right call at thirty pieces. Works across cotton through to polyester blends, and holds intricate detail well.

Sublimation

The ink infuses into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so the print cannot crack or peel and the finish stays soft and breathable. Suited to all-over patterns, and only to white or light polyester.

Packaging

What you get

  • Tags, labels and inserts — the details that signal the garment was made by someone, not bought in bulk
  • Boxes and wraps sized to the garment, so nothing arrives loose in an oversized carton
  • Eco-friendly material options where you want them
  • Ready-to-ship finishing: folded, tagged, bagged and packed in the same building it was made in

Warehousing and shipping

What you get

  • Finished stock held here rather than sent to you the moment it is made, so you are not paying for space before you need it
  • Released in stages if you would rather not take a whole run at once
  • Packaging built for transit, so the garment arrives in the state it left in
  • Dispatch on the date you were given, not the date it becomes convenient
  • Tracking from our side as well as the courier’s, through Saarvik
  • Express options when a launch date will not move

From the founder

I started in 2012 wanting to make one good T-shirt. It took a decade of wrong factories and failed batches to learn how.

We make 6,000 garments a month now. We still check them like we're making one.
